Our Chenin Blanc 2021, is the first vintage sourced from a premium Chenin Blanc block located outside of Stellenbosch.

Whole bunch pressed, the juice underwent natural fermentation in older oak barrels where it was kept on the lees for 6 months.
 

With minimal interference and no additions barring some sulphites, this wine will age for 20+ years.
