The second vintage of Oupa Willem builds on the acclaimed 2018 debut, fermented naturally using 40% whole bunches to bring out a weightless concentration of red and black berry fruit, layered with red cherry, rose petal, violet and marzipan, and carried by a mouth-watering acidity. A cellar-worthy Cape heritage blend built for the long haul — drink now or lay down to 2045 and beyond.
Master of Wine Greg Sherwood scored the 2019 96+ points, and it went on to earn 5 Stars in the Platter's South African Wine Guide 2022.
